I'm Jackie, 40 year old mother of two children aged 7 and 10. I don't have a paid job, though I used to be a hospital scientist. When I'm not doing all the usual mother things I keep very busy gardening at home and on my allotment, keeping fit and doing various creative stuff, particularly writing. I have bipolar disorder (manic depression) which is why I don't work anymore.
